Dropshipping stores
Launched 15+ online stores. Most failed. My best seller was a 20-foot iPhone charger, and my best month did $7,000 in revenue.

First store that made real money
What I did
- Launched 15+ Shopify stores with products I found on AliExpress
- Ran Instagram and Facebook ads, and paid Instagram meme pages to promote the stores
- Tracked ROAS and other KPIs to see what was actually working
- Found my best seller, a 20-foot iPhone charger: it was easy to make content with, and the content went viral
Challenges
- A lot of stores lost money. I'd pay for ads and not get much return
- One of my first stores used a supplier in China but was marketed as U.S. shipping. Shipping took forever, and customers filed chargebacks. I bounced back, kept building stores, and learned from the mistake
- It started off really slow. It took until my third site to really make money
What I learned
Change one or two things on a site, and people react completely differently.
Content sold better than ads.
Don't market U.S. shipping if your supplier is in China.
