My role: Founder. Built it with ChatGPT and freelance developers
What happened: Five other mentorship programs paid for it, and over 100 creators used it. One of those programs bought it when I was 16.

What happened: When the meeting time at school wasn't enough, I kept teaching outside it. One student I tutored step by step, Sean, started with no reselling experience and still runs his own vintage resale business.

My role: Co-founder. I built the product and ran the business side
What happened: 5 design partners used it for free in exchange for feedback. The need was real, but the startups we were building for mostly handled it in-house or with an established provider. Wound down (Oct 2026).

Everything that didn't work, kept on purpose. There have been too many to count.
- Running sneaker bots for other people: a lot of them never paid, and I had no way to track who bought what
- My first dropshipping store: a China supplier sold as U.S. shipping, then angry customers and chargebacks
- RFID-blocking wallets and customizable water bottles: both flopped
- Most of my 15+ stores: I paid for ads and didn't get much back
- The lowest-priced tier of my mentorship: a lot of people signed up and didn't follow through
