What I did
- Led go-to-market (GTM) for Andros: how it reaches customers and which channels it sells through
- Built the TikTok Shop infrastructure for Andros, their company: set up the storefront and its product listings
- Set up the affiliate side, so creators can sell Andros products for a commission
- Built a system for finding creators, sending them product, and tracking what their videos sell
- Saw there wasn't much of a GEO presence, which is what led me to build Agentline
